Redmond Ridge Real Estate

Redmond Ridge real estate consists of both single family homes and condos/townhomes. For the most part, condominiums are 2-story townhomes in style and typically come with garage and/or assigned parking.  Built from the early 2000’s, townhomes in Redmond Ridge generally are arranged with three bedrooms and up to 2.5 baths. over 1,600-1,700 square feet.  Customary listings range from about $425,000 to nearly $550,000, and may include some homes from Trilogy at Redmond Ridge, for the 55+ community.  Common features in these newer homes include master on the main floor, level entry, granite and stainless steel for the kitchens, hardwood, and spacious, open floor plans.

Redmond Ridge Townhomes & Condos

Redmond Ridge features several townhome communities.  Phase One of Nature's Walk At Redmond Ridge has sold townhomes varying in square footage and number of bedrooms and baths, but primarily these are 2 bedroom/2 bath residences, with the occasional 3 bedroom floor plan.  Homes have sold for anywhere from the high $300,000s up to the mid $500,000s.

Cascara at Redmond Ridge is another 55+ community of townhomes in Redmond Ridge. The 2-3 bedroom townhomes in Cascara range in size from just over 1100 square feet to just a touch over 1,600 square feet for 3 bedroom residences. This 55+ community shares recreational opportunities in Redmond Ridge such as tennis courts, parks, natural spaces, hiking trails and more.

Single Family Homes in Redmond Ridge

Single-family homes in Redmond Ridge are also of newer construction, not more than 15 years old, in 2-story Craftsman and Northwest Contemporary styles.  From about $700,000 to $810,000 you’ll likely find layouts with three to five bedrooms and at least two bathrooms, spanning from a minimum of 2,000 to over 2,700 square feet.  Interior features may include open concept floor plan, bedrooms on main level, high ceilings, gourmet kitchens - some with island, granite, and stainless steel appliances - hardwood flooring, walk-in closets, and lavish ensuite masters.  Homes typically have at least a 2-car garage, many with decks and fenced yards.

Trilogy at Redmond Ridge is a premier 55+ community for active adults, featuring single family homes built from around 2003 to 2010 or so, of varying floor plans and square footage. Prices have varied, anywhere from high $300,000s up to over $1,000,000. The community has its own championship golf course and a member-only clubhouse, the Cascade Club, where you can enjoy a swim in the indoor pool, take one of many fitness classes offered, or spend some relaxing time at the Tranquility Spa. Maybe you just want to meet friends for a coffee or a quick bite at the Café or challenge them to a game in the billiards room – there is always something to do at the Cascade Club.  If you are not a golfer and not up for indoor sports, no problem – Trilogy also features a private park and miles of wetland trails for those preferring scenery over indoors.

Redmond Ridge Schools and Recreation

Redmond Ridge is in the Lake Washington School District, and students in the neighborhood will likely attend Wilder Elementary, Rosa Parks Elementary, Evergreen Middle, and Redmond High Schools.  One of the focal points of the community is the park and trail system, which link many neighborhoods through over 20 city parks, 17 miles of cultivated trails, and 9 miles of undeveloped trails.  Shopping in Redmond is popular at Redmond Town Center, a mixed-use outdoor lifestyle center with over 110 shops and a myriad of restaurants located just to the west of Redmond Ridge.
