Homes for Sale on Mercer Island

The popular North End of Mercer Island has easy access to I-90 and features homes of varying ages and styles from a lovingly maintained 4-bedroom/2.25 bath mid-century modern 1-story house built in the 1960’s to new construction with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths built in a contemporary 2-story style.  Generally, homes on the North End range from just over $1 million to nearly $5.3 million, featuring at least four bedrooms and possibly as many baths, or more.  Some interior elements you might expect to find include vaulted ceilings, open floorplans, oversized bedrooms, bonus rooms for office or gym, and top-of-the-line kitchens with granite, quality cabinetry and premium appliances.

Likewise, East Mercer is home to 1-story ramblers, craftsman 2-story, and traditional 1.5-story houses from the 1920’s to 2016.  These homes may have lake views and have classic characteristics like brick fireplaces, spacious eat-in kitchen and bonus space.  Some have been renovated with modern flair and conveniences and some are in need of a good eye and some TLC.  Square footage ranges from about 1,200 to over 4,500 square feet with up to 6 bedrooms and in some cases, over four bathrooms.

Luxury Homes on Mercer Island
