Maple Valley Condos for Sale
While single-family homes are the order of the day for Maple Valley real estate, condos are also available. In the Black Diamond area of Maple Valley, the Trail at Tiburon condos include Phase 1 condos, built in 2007, as well as new luxury condos built in 2016 and 2017. The quiet gated community offers spacious contemporary style condos in two story buildings, with just 6 residences per building. Residences range from around 1,200 to just over 1,600 square feet in two or three bedroom and two bath floor plans. Features include fireplaces and gourmet kitchens with stainless steel and granite, and each condo owner has a private garage. Listings can range from $275,000 to around $359,000 or more. There are also stand alone condos in the pleasant 55+ community of Lake Wilderness Villa Condos. Another 55+ gated community is the Water Gardens, offering one level living with floor plans offering as much as 1,900 square feet of comfortable living. Homes in this serene community, with amenities that include walking trails, a pond, and a clubhouse, generally sell in the $350,000 - $400,000 range.
Maple Valley Luxury Homes
Maple Valley’s scenic setting offers many single family homes in a wide range of home style, age, and lot size, which will appeal to a broad range of buyers. Communities like Cedar River, for example, have luxury homes in styles ranging from small cabins to custom homes, generally built from 1947 to 2010, routinely listing from $295,000 to around $1M. Square footage runs the gamut from as tidy as just under 550 square feet to as spacious as over 4,000 square feet. While most homes are on charming and scenic lots, interior features vary. Built from about the late 1970’s through the late 1990’s, these charmers make great starter homes or a perfect landing spot for growing families. They primarily range from about 1,500 square feet to over 2,000 square feet and typically feature three to five bedrooms and up to three baths, starting around $209,000 up to over $419,000. Updates in these homes may feature new kitchen cabinetry with stone counters and stainless steel appliances, tiled bathrooms, carpet and newer roof. Most homes have established landscaping.
