Kenmore Homes for Sale

Find Kenmore homes for sale in the form of single family homes, condos and townhomes. Well maintained single family homes in Kenmore, bursting with character, can be found in Moorlands, where homes were constructed in the 1950’s but most have been updated with modern finishes and conveniences like gourmet kitchen and remodeled baths.  Common home styles here include one-story mid-century modern with basement or split level entry homes.  Listing from about $675,000 to just under $950,000, homes range from roughly 1,800 to 3,500 square feet, typically with three or more bedrooms and multiple bathrooms, as well as multi car garages.  Some homes in this area have partial mountain views and are situated on lots large enough to accommodate RV storage and/or sheds for outdoor storage.

Homes of similar vintage and some a bit newer can be found in the subdivision of Uplake, located on the northernmost tip of Lake Washington.  Homes here have listed for as low as the mid $500,000s but others may be $900,000 and up for multi-level, split-entry, traditional, or 1-story with basement styles.  Lots here are typically up to .3 acres or so, some with landscaped yards and patio or outdoor entertainment space.  You may find homes with updates such as newer kitchens with quality cabinetry, gas fireplace, and custom built-ins, while others may need a bit of a re-do.  It is not uncommon to find square footage ranging from 2,500 to just shy of 4,000 square feet with as many as five bedrooms and at least two baths.

Other Kenmore Real Estate

Neighborhoods such as Lake Forest Park and Southeast Snohom were formed decades ago, with the new construction of several homes, paving the way to a slower pace for those working on Seattle's East Side, away from the city.  Today, they are popular locations for condominium communities. In these areas there are 1,2 or 3 bedroom residences with as much as 1,700 square footage or more, from the mid $100,000’s to about $420,000.  Some units have been updated with new flooring, granite, tile and stainless steel appliances.  Most have a private balcony with slider door access. 

Townhomes and duplexes are also available in Kenmore, varying in square footage, for one or two bedroom floor plans with one or two baths.  Some units may need a little TLC or would be an excellent investment opportunity.
