Issaquah Highlands real estate consists of a mix of vacant land, single-family homes, condos and townhomes spread throughout more than 30 neighborhoods. Condos start in the $300,000s and single family homes in the high $600,000s.

Issaquah Highlands Homes for Sale

Pinecrest is a popular neighborhood in Issaquah Highlands, and features various traditional and craftsman style single-family homes.  Homes here offer from 3,000 to the mid-4,000’s in square footage, and are mostly new or newer construction around the $1 million mark.  You will find floor plans that are open, with the master on the main floor, island kitchen with granite and stainless steel, some with daylight basement, bonus room, or upstairs loft.  This development of homes look out over Lake Sammamish, Grand Ridge Plaza, and Cougar Mountain. 

Grand Ridge homes are described as “off the beaten path” in a peaceful setting surrounded by native forest.  Though it seems to be a remote setting, the luxury homes in this prestigious neighborhood of Issaquah Highlands are less than 30 minutes from Seattle and within minutes of neighboring towns and Interstate 90.  In addition to luxury homes, build-to-suit land lots are available up to three acres from around $395,000 to $515,000.  Residences are within 10 years old, give or take, and list starting near $1 million up to the mid-$2 million mark.  Larger homes will be up to 5,900 square feet with as many as four or five bedrooms and up to six bathrooms.  Interior appointments frequently include gourmet kitchen with granite and stainless steel appliances, formal living room, great room, and luxurious master suites.  As with so many homes in this area, many are equipped with outdoor living spaces including covered porches and privately fenced yards, multi-car garage, and extra exterior storage.

The Magnolia Park neighborhood backs up to the 1200 acre Grand Ridge Park and several homes in this development are on lots so pretty and calming, it's as if you are living as one with nature.  Magnolia Park's gazebo is a favorite feature and is a gathering spot for families in the area.

Condos for Sale in Issaquah Highlands

Condo communities are very popular, and you may find several condos for sale in Issaquah Highlands, in various neighborhoods, generally listing in the range of just under $300,000 to the mid-$300,000’s.  In particular, the craftsman style of The Enclave complex of condos blends in seamlessly with single-home styles in the area, which is typical for this master-planned community.  Typically, condominium buildings are midrise, are of newer construction, and will have features such as large bedrooms with walk-in closet, hardwood flooring, carpet, and tons of kitchen storage. 

View Ridge townhomes provide even more options, with up to four bedrooms and covered decks and patio.  Square footage ranges from 1,254 to 1,762 square feet.
